Week 1: Wear 2-3 hours daily during desk work
Week 2: Extend to 4-6 hours, including meetings and activities
Week 3: Full-day wear with periodic removal for muscle strengthening
Week 4+: Maintenance phase - wear as needed for postural cuing
Critical: Never wear any posture corrector 24/7. Your muscles need time to actively engage and strengthen.
